We're excited to launch a new series of homes dubbed Q-Value!
Why are we excited? These home plans offer amazing savings, incredible turnaround times for delivery and a great way to get into a new home and stop renting!
In an effort to address the need for affordable, quality housing, Prestige took on the challenge to design a new type of home.
We went about it by trying to first determine what is affordable.
The answer was a 1080 sq/ft bungalow that starts out at $137,200 incl. taxes and foundation. Never before have we been able to offer a 3 bedroom home at such an incredible price!
In addition to bungalows we designed splits, duplexes, town houses and we're working on a two-story plan!
Think 1080 square feet is too small? Don't worry, we know that sometimes you need a bit more space! So we also created a plan at 1260 sq/ft that gives you 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom! No more sharing!
